Technique Thursday Tags

Most of us have a huge stash of tags from an office supply store, so this weeks challenge is to create something out of them. I decided to decorate my tag using a Halloween theme which I will add to a layout later.
My supply list is all scraps I had saved. Patterned Paper: Carolees, Junkitz, Kangaroo Joey, Button purchased at Walmart, Sticker: Creative Imagination; Tag: standard size; Card Stock: Bazzill

    I save a lot of tag but mostly they are sqaure ones. Mum...I still have time to play this tag challenge!
