Wednesday Stampers....Purple

This weeks challenge is to show Wednesday Stampers the many shades of PURPLE!

The purple on my card is showing up as blue on my computer....the base card is a deep dark rich purple and my second layer is a bright purple, flowers and stamping are various shades of purple.

Think Monday ATC---Texture

The Think Monday Think ATC challenge this week is texture.
What I did was use textured grass paper, and liquid Pearl paint. Other materials used are:
PSX: stamp; StazOn: Ink; Clear Embossing Paper; Paper Co: card stock.

Practicing Working With Markers

Last night I decided just to practice using markers, this is the result of my attempt. I have a very limited supply of markers (8 basic colors only) so it was challenging.... however I came to the conclusion I need to buy more.

Theme Thursday.....Miniature Art - Moos or Inchies!

This week’s theme is “miniature art”! Use collage images, rubber stamps, paints, fancy paper , embellishments or any other art supply to make your “miniature”creations! I chose to do paper piercing for my miniature art, using white cord card stock. This is my first "inchies" as they are called because they measure 1" x 1".

Wednesday Stampers.....First letter first name

This week’s challenge at Wednesday Stampers is to make some artwork with the first letter of your first name. You are completely free to use this letter as you want, for example make a feature of the letter itself, or use a word that starts with the same letter as the first one of your name.
My name starts with the letter "C"....... so out of the letter "C" merged a clown on an ATC. JUST FOR FUN

This months Self Addressed kit featured some fresh, bright papers from Carolee's Creations which prompted me to make a couple of birthday cards. Stamps used by Stampendous.

Think Monday-ATC (Transparent Art)

“Transparent Art” is the new theme.
Stamped on foil, or images printed on foil, thin plastic or mica tiles. Anything transparent is well suited to add even more depth to a card or an ATC.
