This is part of a collection of Nativity Sets that are on display at the Mormon Visitor Center in Mesa, Arizona. I am not a Mormon but the collection is one worth seeing if your in the area.

Dealership in Chandler.

This morning we meet up with old friends at a pancake breakfast sponsored by the Harley Davidson dealership in Chandler, AZ. We had our bike shipped down here so we could rejoin

and become active members once again with the Foothill Chapter. It was great seeing our old friends and meeting new ones today not to mention a great breakfast. When we were about to leave they asked us to stay for lunch for the dealership catered lunch for all the members. I'm beginning to believe we "ride to eat".

This evening with visited with my son and his family and took our granddaughters to see Santa. Above are some of the pictures from today's events. Aren't those girls the cutest thing.....:)

They told us.....

They told us to take the southern route to Arizona and miss all possibility of running into snow. HA! HA! Nature had other plans for us snowbirds and above is the proof, of what we viewed and experienced while in Texas, between Midland and El Paso.

We traveled 2450 miles since we left home and are exhausted so more to come later on our latest adventure.

Happy Thanksgiving

Time is at a premium when you're trying to close up a home and prepare for an extended trip. That's what I've been trying to do while making all the necessary holiday preparations as getting my holiday cards done, Christmas shopping and wrapping gifts for the family. This makes my creativity and computer time very limited. I'm posting my last card until after Thanksgiving. So Happy Thanksgiving to all and remember to give thanks for all the many blessings that are bestowed on us each day.

Takes so little to distract me......

Trying to clean up my stamping room before I leave town I discovered this stamp that I haven't used in ages. So the cleaning went wayside and out came the ink and watercolors. Above is the results, now hopefully this little distraction won't keep me from moving forward with my goal of cleaning that room......oooooh look what I found now!

Halloween Layouts

A friend said "I can see a layout in the making" when she viewed my pictures....so with those words I did an two 8x8 layout of my granddaughters with her Halloween costume.

Today I'm just sharing a few family photo's taken the other day. The first 2 photo are my granddaughters Isabella dress as a cowgirl and Addison dressed a bee, and a cute one at that.
This here is Dino, dressed as a clown to trick and treat me. He loved his costume and wore it faithfully all day long. Think he enjoyed the attention he was getting.
New member of my daughters family is Smokey a Boston Terrier who refused to dress up to come over. However, I heard he did wear his spider costume on Halloween for a bit.
